Amazing Care Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate Full Time HR Coordinator for Aurora Location.

*500 Sign On Bonus

Location: Westminster, CO

Amazing Care Home Health Services: Since 2004, Amazing Care have grown from a small company in Aurora to a rapidly growing agency serving the entire Front Range with 4 locations. Day and night shift options are available for both Adult and Pediatric patients.

Job Summary: HR Coordinator will maintain all critical records related employment with Amazing Care Home Health Services. This position provides coordination with all the employees to process all the benefits for all employees as well as COBRA. Provides services in accordance with Amazing Care's philosophy, standards, and policies.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with both State and Federal Laws.
  • Knowledge of COBRA guidelines.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Have experience working with computers and Microsoft programs.
  • Must have the ability to work on task with little assistance.

Responsibility:

· Screen all new staff and maintain with the correct application depending on their skill level.

· Provide all applicants with all needed all materials and tests.

· Check all applicants work references,

· Grade all applicant's test.

· Note what times the applicant is available to work.

· Provide hired staff with ID badges.

· Makes copies of all credentials.

· Ensure that all records are current and up to date.

· Continue to maintain all personnel records throughout the year.

In addition to the above requirements applicants must pass a background a reference check.
