Job Requirements: Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment. Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet production needs. Familiarize and Implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and metrics. Develops, implements and maintains quality documentation and metrics including process maps, procedures, standards, process and product specifications. Work collaboratively with other departments as necessary. Ability to work and communicate with customers to answer inquiries and order related information. Monitor and maintain training records to ensure that training needs are met. Review quality certification packages before shipment to customer is made. On-the-job training will be provided for this position.Skill Requirements: Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time. Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace. In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person. English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension) Must be able to work overtime when required to meet operational deadlines.
