The Role You’ll Play

Are you an ambitious manufacturing finance professional, ready to take the next step to be a Plant Controller? In this role, you'll work closely with the Plant Manager and other department leaders to help drive forward the financial goals of the site. The manufacturing environment will give you the opportunity to work hands-on out on the shop floor, collaborating with teams, and driving results. • Not afraid to get out into a manufacturing operations environment to work shoulder-to-shoulder with plant leadership to resolve problems and challenges.
• Adept at problem-solving and finding new perspectives, always looking for areas to continuously improve and drive the organization forward.
• Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinking.
• A people person, able to quickly build rapport and relationships at all levels of the organization from the CEO to production operators.
• Skilled at leading people, both in a team setting and in a direct report relationship.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, required
• Strong Excel skills and openness to learning new technology, required
• Some leadership experience a plus
• 1-2 years of Controller experience a plus
• MBA, CMA, or CPA a plus
