Overview

Position learns the internal workings of Altorfer Ag Products service department.

Basic Duties

• Part of a front line team answering phone calls from customers and technicians dealing with Ag Machinery, (Challenger, Fendt, Massey Ferguson and Claas Lexion Combines), AgChem and Spra Coupe units.
• Assist technicians and managers with their daily duties.
• May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.

Qualifications

• Computer literate
• Good organizational and customer service skills required.
• Military encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication skills are needed.
• To be successful in this position you must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be a self-started and able to adapt to change 
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstate leadership skills

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

This position will spend a good portion of time working in a fast paced office environment.   The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to low. May sit at a desk for a period of time to answer phone calls or use a keyboard to complete documents and communicate through email.
