Altitude is currently seeking a qualified Sales Team Lead to join our growing sales force out in the field! As a Sales Team Lead, you'll have the opportunity to influence both our company and our industry while making a positive impact in the lives of others. Our Sales Team Leads start their career here by learning and mastering the expectations and responsibilities of a Sales Representative and then continuing to build their own book of business part of the time during the week while additionally taking on the added responsibility of training, leading, and mentoring new sales team members on their sales team.
The Role Requirements:
Generate quality leads by analyzing your territory/market and prospecting and networking.
Prospect and network with business managers and owners in order to develop your own personal book of business by offering best-in-industry benefits solutions to them and their employees. We will provide you with leads (free) to develop as well as train you in cold-calling techniques and generating your own leads
Close your own sales and possess the ability to coach and train others to do so successfully
Have experience in training, developing, and motivating salespeople to hit their goals
Plan and execute your schedule or timeline with little to no direct supervision
Strong organization and time management skills are a must
Ability and willingness to work independently with little to no direct supervision or oversight
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in conflict resolution
Outstanding work ethic
Willingness to put in the work to receive the desired results
Strong presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Maintain a positive and professional image while representing our company

Additional Position Qualifications:
Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
