The Director, Program Management is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for managing key programs within the Business Operations organization with a focus on operationalizing Altice USA Broadband subsidies. The Director, Program Management should have a proven track record of successful project delivery and leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale, complex programs. The Director will report to the Senior Director of Program Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple large-scale programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams (both technical and business) throughout the organization
• Work with program stakeholders to develop GTM plans and playbooks to ensure launch readiness
• Establish and maintain both a strategic and a tactical governance structure that meet the needs of the assigned programs
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
• Partner with the Business Owner (the VP of Sales Operations) to report on the program’s overall health including cost, schedule, scope and risk management
• Contribute to the development of executive read-outs and steering committee materials

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 10 years of project/program management experience
• 10 years of high-profile business program management with customer facing deliverables (in a telecommunications or technology industry a plus)
• PMP certified
• Experience with government programs and/or subsidies a plus
• Expert-level knowledge of project change management, methodologies, techniques, processes
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Experience with managing competing and changing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to influence without authority
• Ability to think from an overall “best for the business” perspective
• Experience with management of project financials for large project portfolios
• Exceptional business understanding and decision-making, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills to work with VP level executives within the leadership team and partners
