The People Operations Generalist role is responsible for providing next level HR generalist support for the People Services Team for enablement, education, escalation, and drive Service Center processes for optimal and efficient experience. This role will assist with Service Center day-to-day ticket/inquiry management and provide tier 2 support to troubleshoot and assist agents with ticket escalations. Provides insight and drives process improvements, system enhancements and operating efficiencies to improve overall agent and employee experience in the Service Center. Responsible for development and maintenance of tier 0 self-service knowledge resources and enablement support for processes, policies and programs owned by the People and Culture team to proactively assist internal employees, managers and people and culture practitioners as well as enable tier 1 service center agents to support employee inquiries. With the goal of increasing our self-service capabilities, this individual will enable our agents and employees through tier 0 and tier 2 support, enhancing and creating positive employee experiences and supporting ticket escalations. Responsibilities: Provide day to day ticket and inquiry management support by being the next level or tier 2 support for escalations, troubleshooting complex tickets and assisting agents with a variety of advanced or complex HCM and system issues and questions. Drive process improvements, system enhancements and operating efficiencies so agent and employee experience is positive. Educate, coaches, assists and troubleshoots with agents on advanced or complex concepts for ticket resolution and inquiry assistance. Responsible for the development and maintenance of internally-used knowledge content and online resources for employees in various online platforms such as Sharepoint, Ask Alteryx, Workday and other online systems. Curate existing enablement material in Knowledge Articles, Quick Start Guides and Sharepoint Sites and establish a centralized repository and/or system for keeping content current, connected and consistent across the various platforms. Partner with functional and program owners to get guidance and instruction on tier 0 and tier 1-2 support needs to manage ticket inquiries and create reference material and provide education to People Services Coordinators accordingly for existing processes and in advance of new program launches and initiatives. Establish an audit cadence to regularly review existing enablement material so published content is not obsolete or contradicted and is current and relevant. Document, Develop and Maintain Repository of Knowledge Resources for P&C Processes for Self-Service Tier 0 Support Established and productive professional individual contributor. Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult and may be complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. Works on moderate to complex projects. Uses company standard policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Receives moderate level of guidance. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy. Required Skills/Qualifications: Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Possess collaboration and teamwork abilities to partner with cross functional teams for process improvements. Be disciplined and highly organized to manage work and project completion. Communicate effectively and pay attention to details to clearly message, help the team and provide accurate instruction for standard operating procedures, written guides and clean data management. Possess strong technical aptitude to learn administration of people technology. Display a customer service attitude to ensure best in class reputation of the Service Center is maintained. Experience administering HRIS systems. Functional knowledge regarding the skillset of the department such as policies, concepts, requirements, and applies that to the work required. Able to complete project and deliverables once specific direction is given along with tasks that are part of a larger project. A four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field) and 3 years functional experience including a minimum 1 year position specific experience. Valued Skills: Proficiency and experience with Workday and Service Now Compensation: Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, CO is $68,200 to $112,500. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
