About the Associate Product Manager (APM) Program Alteryx’s Associate Product Manager (APM) Program provides opportunities for those looking to apply their passion of delivering solutions to customers & building innovative products. This will be an immersive 18-month rotational program where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and more to help shape the future of a data-driven world. As an APM, you will get direct exposure to leadership to learn how our business is run, work with a formal mentor to support you in building your career, and be able to participate in tailored trainings and events. What You’ll Do: As an Associate Product Manager (APM) at Alteryx, you will: Help translate Alteryx’s strategic vision into product initiatives that solve real customer problems Examine current customer experiences to identify pain points and create plans to mitigate areas of friction Create and maintain a product roadmap for a high-value product initiative Define product requirements and work with designers and developers to design, develop, and test new products and features Work cross-functionally to enable Alteryx’s go-to-market teams as they deliver new functionality to customers Gain a network of mentors, peers, and colleagues to grow your career in Product Management Required Skills Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in STEM, Business or related field degree/background Ability to start a full-time position starting August 2023 Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require visa sponsorship now, or in the future Valued Skills Prior product and/or entrepreneurial experiences with a customer-facing software product Ability to navigate ambiguity, think strategically, and recommend solutions using data Demonstrated success building relationships and working cross-functionally with people at varied levels in an organization Natural curiosity and a growth mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with data research & analytics, and other technical concepts Find yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply?
