Schedule: Must be able to work from 3:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m. based on business and client demand, including weekends and holidays as necessary.

Description: Ensure that front desk and communications meet club’s standards for maximum guest satisfaction. Act as the main contact for guests.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure efficient guest registration, check out and telephone service.
• Ensure that established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure, i.e., proper public relations techniques are utilized, guests are handled both courteously and professionally, proper identification and credit are established and all posting, account settlements and deposits are handled correctly.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service. Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of quality guest service.
• Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and according to schedule.
• Ensure all necessary reports and forms are completed daily.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends only

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
