Senior Systems Administrator (REMOTE)
As a member of the Active Directory and Identity and Access Management team, you will perform the following duties: 
• Responsible to install, integrate and deploy IAM products in client environments.
• Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation. 
• Work with the Identity Access Management team to continue making enhancement to the Identity Access Management program. 
• Work closely with development teams to perform User management, group management and Password management requests. 
• Create and maintain Identify Access Management metrics. 
• Document various system access for all Users to store in a centralized repository 
• Support efforts regarding audit findings, adherence to compliance and organizational change. 
• Ability to create, and modify CONOPS, and Standard Operating Procedure documents 
Required skills: 
• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field and 2 to 4 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 1 to 3 years of prior relevant experience. Equivalent years of experience may substitute for a degree. 
• Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance 
• 3 years working with Identity and Access Management platforms 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment 
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory 
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with government staff, managers, and colleagues 
Desired skills: 
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Alternatives 
• Experience with on Prem and Cloud modernization
• Virtualization and Cloud implementation of new and legacy applications and services 
• Experience Installing and administering SailPoint
• Experience administering Windows servers in a hyperconverged environment.
• Ability to work with users’ and other technicians with varying IT backgrounds
• Experience with Cloud modernization
• Experience in OKTA IAM a plus
• Experience in Zscaler a plus.
