NOTE: Salary range for this position is between $33,000 to $36,000.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for commercial account management and support. Position will work directly and proactively with existing accounts to ensure client needs are meet including the entry of service requests, updates, quotes and approvals. Position will ensure client records and pricing are accurate. Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 to 5 years of Customer Service Experience working directly with commercial/business-to-business accounts maintaining client relationships.
- This is NOT a sales position and those with a sales background will not be considered.
- Must be very organized, able to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple accounts, and work under pressure.
- Possess strong computer and phone skills.
