ALPHA WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS is Hiring an IT Technical Support Specialist Near Spencer, IA
- Analyzing, responding, and ensuring remediation of all client reported incidents via phone, in person, email, and customer portals
- Daily client follow-up and pro-active communication to the client towards resolution of a reported incident or project/job status
- Coordinating with field technical support on large and small projects and system upgrades as needed on behalf of the clients.
- Managing a workload against published service levels for timely response to clients
- Coordinate and communicate a support plan for all customers after implementation
- Complying with all company personnel policies and practices as well as all federal, state, and local standards/requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
