This is a full-time position to be part of our Legal team. This role will report to the Contracts Administration Manager.


This is a hybrid model with 2-3 days per week working from our headquarters in Peachtree Corners, GA.

  • Participate in the overall contract management workflow, from responding to requests and preparing initial contracts to securing signatures and distributing final documents
  • Draft and/or edit contracts, schedules, amendments, and letters with particular attention to detail
  • Circulate drafts and/or redlines to internal stakeholders for comment and approval
  • Assist Legal and Sales teams with research and information gathering as needed, and request Statements of Work (SOW) from Services team
  • Track all contract requests, approvals, and follow-ups in a contract request log to manage the overall workflow and status of each request
  • Maintain version control using agreed naming conventions
  • Secure signatures using DocuSign, and upload signed contracts to Sharepoint
  • Review internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Perform additional contract administration duties as necessary

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of contract process, ability to read and interpret standard legal documents and sales proposals documents, anticipate and mitigate potential problems before they arise, and multitask and re-prioritize at a moment’s notice
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and keep up to date on products and processes
  • Ability to identify and suggest improvements to internal processes
  • Proficiency in common computer applications, including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience as contract administrator
