OVERVIEW

We are looking for an HR professional who is enthusiastic about providing HR customer service to the business and is looking to work for a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-evolving environment. This individual will report to the Retail HR Manager to build a people-centric culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct Complex investigations into employee relations issues across our retail stores 
• Partner with HR Manager and Retail Leadership to recommend resolutions
• Review and update employee policies to support compliance across the retail organization and remain updated on labor laws
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding employee policy
• Create and implement training across business partners and leadership on ER best practices
• Support the development of HR programs including performance management, talent development, and employee handbook

QUALIFICATIONS

• Α completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• 3 years experience in employee relations; previous retail experience preferred
• Upholds the utmost integrity and maintains confidentiality impeccably
• Sound judgment and people-skills
• Culture and employee experience champion
• Ability to work autonomously and act with a sense of urgency
• Active listener, effective communicator (both written and verbal)
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
• Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of an organization
• Proficiency with SharePoint, ADP, HRIS, Cornerstone, Microsoft office systems a plus
