Job Description

The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering phone lines, providing exceptional customer service to agency clientele, retaining current clients, greeting office visitors throughout the day, customer onboarding and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of client retention and loyalty.
• Develop strong relationships with our customers.
• Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Process customer policy changes/take premium payments.
• Responsible for onboarding new clients.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
