Pay: $62,000-73,000 based on relevant years of experience

Bonus:10% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics

Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm / hybrid

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process including (approval routing, identifying screening questions, job ads, ensuring candidate dispositioning, gathering and consolidating feedback from interviews, completing job files, and extending offers).
  • Establish relationships with department leaders and hiring managers, ensuring timely and successful placement for all open positions.
  • Ensures all new hire paperwork is completed and employee files are electronically created.
  • Advise and train hiring managers on best-in-class selection methods and assist managers in screening and selection.
  • Manage the candidate’s experience.
  • Coach managers to utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and how to market their positions on LinkedIn.
  • Maintains ATS structure for data gathering of applicants and its required reporting for Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity reporting.
  • Analyze opportunities for systems integration and streamlining processes.
  • Develop, maintain and track employment outreach programs/job fairs that result in a diverse candidate slate.
  • Identify and stay current on market trends in the marketplace that impact ability to recruit.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and multi-task.
  • Handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is completed in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.
  • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Education/ Formal Training Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (In lieu of degree, 7 years HR related experience)

Job and Industry Experience Required:

  • 3 years in Human Resources
  • Experience with working with stakeholders at various levels
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (must have supported a multi-state operation)
  • Familiar with OFFCP (Affirmative Action Programs), EEO and ADA regulations
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking (iCIMS preferred) and/or HRIS systems experience (ADP preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
