RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)
- Performing courtesy officers; includes patrolling each section of their post every 30-60 minutes. Make a presence on the site.
- Protecting from theft, vandalism, disturbances, accidents, etc.
- Patrol public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, noise violations, overcrowding or large gatherings, etc.
- Detect signs of intrusion and ensure the patrol of doors and gates.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors and vendors, make sure they have the appropriate escort.
- Communicates openly and frequently with Supervisors.
- Investigates and writes reports to document accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, and fire hazards, and other courtesy patrols related situations on a nightly basis, beginning at the start of each shift.
- Provide any needed assistance to team members according to policies and procedures.'
