Valid Security License: Must be able to obtain and maintain an armed KCMO security license or certification, as required by state or local regulations (GardaWorld will help to obtain if needed).
Gear/Equipment: Must be able to provide your own firearm and gear.
Law Enforcement or Military Experience: Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or a related field is required.
