Allied Universal is looking to hire a Project Manager. The Project Manager will support Regional initiatives and will lead project due diligence, develop options and gain business case approvals, lead project implementation, and manage hand-overs.

Responsibilities:
**Building Relationships:**
1. **Client Engagement:** Act as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering strong relationships through regular communication, meetings, and site visits. Understand the client’s needs, concerns, and expectations to provide personalized security solutions.
2. **Client Satisfaction:** Proactively address client feedback, concerns, and requests, ensuring complete satisfaction with security services. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery and exceed client expectations.
3. **Tailored Solutions:** Collaborate with the client to develop customized security plans and strategies based on their specific requirements and industry best practices. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to enhance security effectiveness and mitigate risks.
4. **Value-Added Services:** Identify opportunities to add value to the client’s operations beyond basic security services. Offer insights, resources, and support to help the client achieve their broader business objectives and address security challenges proactively.
**Developing Talent Assigned:**
1. **Talent Identification:** Assess the strengths, weaknesses, and potential of security personnel assigned to the account. Identify high-potential individuals for leadership roles and specialized training opportunities.
2. **Training and Development:** Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the unique needs of the transit security environment and the Washington DC Metro system. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and skill development to enhance the capabilities and professionalism of the security team.
3. **Succession Planning:** Create succession plans to ensure continuity of leadership and talent within the security team. Identify and groom future leaders from within the organization, providing them with opportunities for growth and advancement.
4. **Performance Management:** Implement performance management processes to evaluate the performance of security personnel regularly. Recognize and reward outstanding performance, address performance issues promptly, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
5. **Career Pathing:** Work with security personnel to define clear career paths and advancement opportunities within the organization. Provide guidance, support, and resources to help individuals achieve their professional goals and aspirations.
6. **Team Building:** Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and mutual respect. Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to strengthen bonds and morale among security personnel.
