ALLIED SOLUTIONS, L.L.C is Hiring a Technical Business Analyst Near Carmel, IN

Responsible for analyzing and modeling existing business and application processes in order to gain complete understanding of current work flows, identify and document areas and requirements for improvement, and facilitate connection between the business unit and information technology groups within and in support of Allied applications. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Major contributor to development of technical requirements specification deliverables and prioritization using interviews, modeling tools, feasibility and document analysis, business process descriptions, use case diagrams, written scenarios, business process analysis, and application testing Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation Participate in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing Proactively collaborate, negotiate, and communicate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs Function as the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams Other duties as assigned Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA): Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience 3 years of experience working as a Functional, Data, or Business Analyst Familiarity with Object Oriented Analysis, Project Management, Business Analysis Methodology and the SDLC Customer oriented, with a desire to resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction while maintaining focus on productivity, efficiency and quality Adaptable, flexible, patient and professional even under tense situations Ability to work in a fast paced often high-pressure environments Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and listening skills essential Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools eye/hand coordination) The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
