Location: OPEN/Remote Description: Continually sourcing candidates from a variety of resources, coordinating and conducting interviews for open positions within the organization. Consistently documenting recruiting activity in the appropriate systems while remaining committed to meeting hiring quality standards as well as quantity requirements. DUTIES: Coordinate and Conduct first interviews for open positions within the organization Consistently document recruiting activity in appropriate systems Identify, develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources and track utilization effectiveness Attend recruiting events that support recruiting initiatives Collaborate across AllianceOne Talent Acquisition to meet goals, expand attendance and lower staffing costs. Create a positive work environment to promote productivity and teamwork. Provide back up for Talent Acquisition Coordinator and other Talent Acquisition Specialists company-wide. Actively participate in recruiting team meetings and initiatives Update and complete the appropriate recruiting reports. Other duties as required as requested REQUIREMENTS: Education and specific Training: Minimum High School diploma (or equivalent) College Degree preferred Work experience: 6 months experience in high volume recruitment or outbound call center environment Experience in corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency preferred Special Certifications: Knowledge of federal and state HR laws preferred Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Products Internet Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred Competencies and Specific Skills: Goal and deadline orientated Work effectively independently Ability to multitask, strong time management skills Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening) Organized Persuasive Creative Decisive If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
