Seeking a proficient Electro-Mechanical Technician with 3 years experience building small sub-assemblies and conducting quality inspections / testing finished products. Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting and fault isolation is preferred with the ability to interpret written instruction, engineered drawings, and verbal direction. Most electronic assembly will fall within the three light assembler classifications or the subminiature classifications within the sewer inspection equipment field.
Responsibilities
· Assemble products and sub-assemblies per assigned work orders
· Execute assembly and completed product testing
· Conduct quality control inspections on finished goods
· Prepare finished products for shipment
· Work with team to sustain satisfactory working conditions within Production area and maintain a clean and organized workstation (may include aspects of managing physical inventory and equipment)
· Adheres to all safety guidelines relating to the production and handling of materials
· Ensures that all production deadlines are met, maximizing performance to meet per piece turn times
· Reports issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor, contributing to solutions to move forward with as little disruption as possible while maintaining quality standards
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

· Ability to work with team and contribute to positive environment
· Ability to transition between assigned tasks seamlessly
· Demonstrates ability to interpret equipment gauges and monitors on factory equipment
· Possesses knowledge of the function of production equipment with a keen attention to detail
· Works efficiently and manages time effectively
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Circuit board assembly and troubleshooting (experience with oscilloscope)
· Camera assembly (camera module and associated circuitry)
· Computer assembly (electro-mechanical components / computer hardware)
