As an Employee Benefits Consultant you will be responsible of opening new accounts & managing the relationships of current accounts within the Inland Empire. This role will work directly with local business owners to offer solutions to employee benefits, available through Alliance Insurance & Business Solutions. We offer the top requested Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental, Telemedicine & more to help businesses keep their employees safe & happy.

This will consist of conducting meetings with employers to offer customized programs to help meet the business needs. As part of this process, you will be meeting with and enrolling employees who are interested in the various coverage options.

At Alliance Insurance & Business Solutions, we will be guiding you through a training process to grow as much as you would like. We will start off the commission paid training process, by helping you become an expert with the top supplemental insurance options.

We will then give you the option to offer Dental, Vision, Medical and many more options to your accounts, providing you with multiple streams of lump sum & residual income.
