Alliance Healthcare is Hiring a Dietary Clerk Near Scranton, PA
Mountain View Care Center is currently looking for a Dietary Clerk. The Dietary Clerk is reponsible for attending Food Committee meetings with the residents. Work on the Menu Program and make appropriate changes. Ensures that the meal tickets are accurate and up-to-date. You must be able to communicate with Management and Cooking staff daily to ensure that they aware of any special food items, to ensure that the resident receives it. Meets with new Residents in order to obtain their food preferences and any special dietary needs.
