Systems Analyst

PURPOSE: 

In this role you will support multiple platforms but primarily focus on a CRM focused platform that supports our franchisees. We are looking for an individual that is excited to elevate the franchisee experience and operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for managing the system configuration, responding to internal customer requests, replicating, and resolving customer issues, logging, and managing cases, and performing an in-depth analysis of issues. You will also function as an advocate for the customer by collaborating with other teams to prioritize feedback and find solutions to solve their business needs. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented problem solver with experience in Customer resource Management (CRM) system administration.

Core Responsibilities 

• Provide application administration, support, and training across business units and teams
• Test system enhancements, updates, and fixes prior to delivering to customers 
• Manage the documentation and administration of information systems, ensuring that all actions comply with corporate IT policies and procedures 
• Creating views using filtering and query logic 
• Troubleshooting system performance issues 
• Research and analysis of product licensing

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with focus in Management or Technology or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2 years’ experience with CRM/ERP platform management/administration 
• Project management experience is a plus
• 2 years with the following is a plus
  • Data visualizations (Bar/Pie/Line/Plot) 
  • Data list management 
  • RDBMS concepts (Keys, Tables, Views, Joins) 
  • ETL/ELT concepts 
  • Object oriented data (JSON, XML, Entities) 
  • Automated workflow building (triggers, connectors) 
• Experience with Dynamics365, Salesforce, Zoho CRM is beneficial
• Knowledge of SharePoint, SQL and Microsoft Automation Stack is beneficial
