Lead Janitor - Position located in Lynnwood WA

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6 PM - 2:30 AM

Pay: $18.50 / hour

Must be 18 years or older.

Must be fully vaccinated against Covid

A criminal background check will be conducted.

Janitorial Tasks:

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms and kitchenettes
• Dust and polish surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles

Lead Tasks:

• Write brief reports to direct supervisor
• Check other employees’ work and explain any specific cleaning requests
• Pro-actively contact management about any potential building maintenance concerns

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to use a backpack vacuum for extended periods of time
• Candidates with experience as a custodian or cleaner are encouraged to apply.
