Objective: Ensure on-time, in full delivery of products to customers and maintain good internal communication to Sales, BU, and Strategic Marketing for production plan and buffer stock strategy alignment. Responsible for feasible Master Production Scheduling (MPS) in MRP system for Supply Chain Work Center to execute as well as customer order commitment. Coordinate activities among teams to ensure customers’ delivery satisfaction and maximize corporate revenue. Responsibilities: Responsible to provide reliable customer order commitment within 24 hours after the order is released Responsible for Finished Goods production planning attainment to ensure original customer order commitments are achieved Responsible for balancing duties to ensure customer on-time deliveries and inventory optimization, work with factory planning team to ensure MPS is met while maintaining efficient factory loading and scheduling Maintain a feasible MPS in MRP system to ensure all customer demands are covered Work with BU’s on the strategic buffer strategy and conduct regular review process; Maintain strategic inventory buffer target in MRP system for supply chain to execute Analyzes customer forecast, orders, MPS, and inventory for S&OP meetings Understand overall Supply Chain constraints and coordinate activities to ensure all resources are exercised and escalated for solution if any supply gaps exist Deliverables: On-time, in full delivery of products to customers Lead and execute all supply commitments to Sales, BU, and Strategic Marketing Set a feasible Production Plan to ensure work centers can be loaded in the most ultimate way Inventory management Metrics Customer Order On Time Delivery (OPD) Customer order Commit Response Time (<24 hours) Inventory Turns Projection and Reporting MPS attainment RACI: Responsible for Customer OPD commitments Create and maintain Finished goods Production Plan in MRP system Accurate and feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) Customer supply gap solutions, actions, and execution plan Strategic buffer stock management in supply chain Accountable for Feasible Master Production Scheduling in MRP system Customer Order OPD performance Buffer stock target management in MRP system Consult for Customer escalation issues Factory loading balancing and optimization Informed for Sourcing strategies and capacity plans Monthly Sales forecast and Business Units forecast reviews Monthly S&OP decisions Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or related field of study 10 year prior experience in materials management, or materials and production planning, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Master Scheduling experience preferred APICS certification preferred Ability to coordinate and drive activities in a multi-functional group team environment. High level of interpersonal skills; detail oriented. Data quality conscious. Able to work independently and efficiently on various assignments under pressure. Self-motivated. Knowledge and experience on Oracle ERP and Rapid Response a Plus.
