Temporary Benefits Specialist/Leave Administrator Estimated at 10-20 hours per week (2-4 hours per day 5 days per week), for approximately 12-14 weeks starting June 13th, 2022 Primarily onsite in Manchester, NH facility with opportunity for some work from home as necessary Job Summary: The temporary benefits specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of benefits, including disability and leaves of absence. Duties/Responsibilities: With assistance from the Sr. Director, Comp/Ben/HCMS, responds to benefits and leave inquiries from managers and employees Processes and administers all leave-of-absence requests and disability events: medical, parental, or family leave, disability and FMLA, worker’s compensation, including coordination of payroll implications. Manage return to work processes. Coordinates with carriers, employees and finance regarding benefit invoices and benefit transactions. Provides necessary reports and performs reconciliations for invoicing and fund transfers Reconciles and coordinates transactions relating to employee stock purchase plan Assist with wellness program initiatives and updates to company wellness intranet page Other duties as assigned to support Human Resources team Required Skills/Abilities: Intermediate knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration and applicable laws Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Education and Experience: Two years experience in HR and/or benefits and leave administration #LI-MR At Allegro, we are committed to providing a harassment-free environment of mutual respect to fuel innovation through inclusive thought collaboration.
