Overview

Job Summary:

Work within the Corporate Treasury Team performing liquidity risk management, cash management, issuing debt and foreign exchange. Support all Allegis entities around the world, ensuring sufficient funds to cover daily working capital requirements and long-term growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Manage daily cash flow and cash-forecasting models for various subsidiaries. This includes working with leadership to understand business cycles, financials, and the current market environment to construct daily, twelve-month cash flow projections and submit to leadership for review.
  • Demonstrate understanding of subsidiary financials, data analysis and statistical methodology to improve forecast accuracy and explain variances to actual.
  • Analyze investment and debt alternatives based on frameworks and strategy outlined by leadership.
  • Prepare and provide weekly and monthly cash summary reporting and analysis to Leadership.
  • Coordinate more complex bank account administration which includes executing account openings and closings, updating signature cards, and auditing bank user access.
  • Track and analyze foreign exchange activity and authorize all foreign exchange contracts.
  • Assist with treasury and cash management systems initiatives.
  • Leverage understanding of corporate treasury and treasury technology to make recommendations and implement improvements to processes and reporting.
  • Understand and analyze bank service and product utilization and make recommendations to reduce costs or improve the customer experience.
  • Assist in complex, multi-department, and multi-bank implementations such as new entity setups, automation of payment processing, and transfer pricing discussions.
  • Independently execute daily treasury deliverables which includes authorizing sensitive wire payments and ensuring team emails are addressed or escalated.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of business and treasury to independently use treasury and transactional data to answer questions and improve processes for our internal customers.
  • Support Operating Companies, Affiliated Companies, and Business Partners with cash management controls and all treasury and banking related issues, which can involve liaising with banking partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

2 years related treasury, finance or accounting experience and possess a BS/BA degree (finance, accounting or economics preferred)

Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of treasury, cash management and accounting principles
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible, resourceful, a “can-do” service-oriented attitude
  • Well-organized ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy, dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
