We are seeking a motivated, passionate, diligent, creative and customer- oriented systems analyst with significant expertise in business analysis, data mapping, system integration and problem solving.

You will be part of an exciting modernization project where the legacy system is being retired along with complex business processes.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Creating complex workflows highlighting business processes
• Will need to clearly understand and articulate multiple systems integrations.
• Will work on data mappings between multiple integrated systems.
• Will be working with Product Management and Business Users to determine features and roadmaps.
• Will use analytical and technical knowledge to identify workable solutions that do not consume development capacity.
• Will need to translate technical information for product manager or stakeholders to consume.
• Will be articulating business problem to the team which enables them to determine best solutions.
• Will be writing technical user stories for the team to consume.
• Will Interact with architects and development leads to explore solutions.
• Will need to be cross functional and ready to help the team when needed.
• Will work with different teams and product owners to discuss dependencies and discuss best practices.
• Should have exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• 5 years of technical experience
• Salesforce Admin Certified
