Allegient Defense, LLC is a Government Oriented Business providing technically oriented services from program management to advanced systems integration and engineering. We support Government and prime system integrators with engineering and management expertise. Allegient Defense, LLC helps clients with challenging Science & Technology, Engineering Acquisition and Program Management Mission requirements.
Allegient Defense is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are currently in need of President to join our team. This President, Allegient will be responsible for executing the company’s vision, providing senior strategic operational leadership to the organization’s business units, shareholders and employees, as well as actively cultivate and drive the culture of the business.
Core Job Responsibilities
· Develop and execute plans to achieve Allegient’s revenue and profit goals
· Liaise with CEO and board members to produce business strategies
· Ensure short and long-term strategies are implemented effectively across the company and that necessary procedures and resources are in place
· Monitor and develops the annual budget for approval by the CEO and Board of Directors.
· Oversee all operations, and their leaders, across the Allegient, to ensure implementation and achievement of KPIs and OKRs
· Create and maintain relationships within the Government and partner organizations, encourage business development, alliances, and partnerships to achieve financial goals for the organization
· Lead the development of Allegient product offering by overseeing the identification, marketing, promotion, and delivery to customers
· Support operational initiatives across marketing, finance, people, IT, legal and other administrative function
Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business management (or other relevant field) and/or MBA
· Prior executive level experience in operations roles focused on growth and performance optimization
· Experience in the Government Contracting industry
· Experience working in the Department of Defense (DoD) science and technology (S&T) environment
· Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility
· Proven leader with the ability to develop an organizational environment and culture that promotes positive staff morale and performance
· High level of commercial acumen, and the ability to think critically and strategically
· Superb communications skills and the ability to quickly build rapport across the organization
· Global experience in multi-entity/multi-currency environment
· Budgeting and budget development
· Ability to build and develop high performing teams and manage cross-functional coordination
· Excellent and effective presentation skills in both large and small group settings
· Strong project management and problem-solving skills
