Qualifications

• 5 plus years experience in Heavy Civil Construction as a Surveyor in the Mid-Atlantic region
• Proficient computer knowledge including Trimble Business Center modeling software and GPS machine control equipment
• Self-starter with the ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality and productivity
• Experience taking a project from primary control to as-builts
• Experience in working to deadlines and also the ability to multi-task and efficiently respond to changing priorities
• Virginia Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or willing to obtain certification preferred
• Bachelors or better in Geographic Techniques or related field experience
