All World Machinery Supply Inc is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Roscoe, IL

We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic sales person to help us grow our company. This person is responsible for representing All World Machinery in all business activities associated with customer account sales and support. This position will create and develop new and on-going business relationships with customers within the assigned territory.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with management to develop territory-specific strategies to meet and exceed all assigned sales targets, profitability goals, and market share values.
  • Retain and profitably grow sales through management of top strategic accounts, target accounts, general customers and prospective customers.
  • Lead in all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development as required.
  • Research and develop new customer, industry, and product opportunities in an effort to realize maximum net sales.
  • Organize and complete training sessions and joint vendor visits in order to promote products and capabilities.
  • Inform management of all territory activities (i.e. new production, new programs, prototypes, etc.) and competitive sales activity.
  • Provide management with reports summarizing sales activities as directed.
  • Develop new product and market plans with management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in outside sales or technical experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the mechanical and/or electrical systems utilized in the machine tool industry or factory automation.
  • Relevant sales experience in the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and leadership skills.
  • Current state-issued driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a standard drug screening prior to employment.
  • Engineering or field service experience is not required, but highly recommended.
  • Industry-specific certifications are not required, but highly recommended.
