Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Manager to add to their team. The Customer Service Manager is an experienced individual who will provide excellent customer service and will promote this throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running efficiently and profitably to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet expectations. The primary responsibility of this role is to build relationships with customers with a keen focus on retention and growth. They are highly organized, positive, and have a solution-oriented outlook.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead warranty issues with electric motors supplied by our client to maximize customers' satisfaction and minimize the impact on customers and the company.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to receive warranty cases during or after work-hour
  • Generate warranty case number and provide it to the customer with acknowledgment
  • Provide solutions to customers in a professional way.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base = Based on experience
  • 13 company holidays
  • PTO 10 days, Sick 3 days prorate is applied on the 1yr /1 month
  • The 90-day probation period will not be eligible to take PTO during the first 30 days out of the ninety days probationary period.
  • After 30 days Health Insurance and 401K match up to 4% (max $500) will apply
  • The laptop will be provided
  • Either the phone bill is paid by the company or cellphone to be provided
