All-Test Pro, Llc is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Old Saybrook, CT

Small company seeks office administrator to perform varying tasks for an international company in the industrial sector.

Duties include:

Domestic & International Shipping & Receiving & storage. All merchandise is handheld and light weight. Most packages sent via small parcel carriers, UPS & FedEx. Responsibilities include receiving goods, shipping merchandise, inventory control (physical counts, adjustments, and packaging).

CRM interface with sales department on warranty, repair, shipping & service orders and training department requirements. A basic understanding and prior utilization of CRM & ERP programs required.

Accounting support with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable duties. Key entry, calls, email, etc., as needed. Other aspects of accounting related work, relate to shipping: purchase order entry, receipts, and inventory control.

CRM & ERP is MAS 100. Basic use of Microsoft products is required.

The position is a great opportunity to learn aspects of a small business and key areas of function related to a business. Job requires a minimum of 30 hours per week up to 40 hours per week.

Hours are flexible. Office operating hours are 8AM-5PM, M-F.

Training for persons without prior experience on above job duties, will be provided for the right candidate. Part time college students encouraged to apply.

Salary $18 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, vacation. Company closed 10 days per year (around major holidays), wages include 2 weeks paid vacation accrued based on hours.
