Overview

As a HR Recruiter, your role will include hiring executive personnel for top managerial/ senior-level and entry level positions for various clients in the financial industry. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent to ensure lasting and successful placements. You will be actively involved in identifying suitable candidates, screening, and hiring, salary negotiation and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”
• This candidate would work remotely, however we would prefer someone who lived in Texas particularly San Antonio, Houston or Odessa/Midland. In the future, this may be a hybrid role and require some days in a physical office. 

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resources or recruiting and selection
• 2 years sourcing passive executive-level candidates through referrals, warm leads, and cold calls.
• A combination of education and related experience may be considered
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
• Working knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
• Social media and computer savvy
• Strong and effective communication skills; including Written and Oral, Presentation, Active Listening, and Non-verbal
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to manage an active and diverse book of business
• Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn recruiting is a plus
• Previous experience in recruiting executive-level professionals/financial/administrative personnel is a plus
