At All-Star we strive every day to do things differently and challenge the status quo. We do that by placing an extreme emphasis on client satisfaction, by making sure that our employees have a joyful and dynamic environment in which to work, and by doing everything we can to maximize the bond between our clients and their animal companions. Our mission is to make people’s lives better through the practice of veterinary medicine and we work toward that goal every day.

One of the perks that sets us apart from other veterinary clinics is our work schedule. We think that you should have a healthy balance between your personal and professional lives and as such, your work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. with no weekend hours or emergencies. We strongly believe that when one has a healthy work/life balance the result is not only happier individuals but better veterinarians as well.

Superior Diagnostic Tools

We believe in offering our clients and patients the best veterinary medicine available. We’ll give you access to the best diagnostic tools currently available in order to allow you to practice medicine to the fullest extent possible. We offer digital radiography (dental and general), ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house Abaxis laboratory equipment, and top of the line anesthesia monitoring equipment.Your medicine shouldn’t be limited by the tools available to you so we’ll give you what you need to maximize your potential as a veterinarian.

Mentorship

At All-Star you will be given the freedom to learn and develop to your fullest potential both personally and professionally. We believe that we are not doing our job if our associates do not become better people and veterinary professionals during their time with us.We encourage all of our associates to pursue those niches that interest them and to build professional skill sets based upon those interests. At All-Star we’ll support your chosen path with flexible CE allowances and mentorship in order for you to fully develop those interests into a niche in your practice. There is no limit to what you can achieve here, both as a person and as a veterinarian.

Excellent Compensation
