Are you a recent college grad or December grad and ready to get work? All Roads Company is Dundalk, MD is searching for a Junior Accountant to work on-site and join our growing team. This role reports directly to the Controller, and will assist with general ledger reconciliations, expense coding, reconciliation and tracking of salesperson commissions, state and local tax filings, daily and financial reporting. As you learn, we will add to your responsibilities. Prefer a Bachelors Degree. The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills.

1. Prepare various month-end journal entries to assist in the monthly financial close and reporting process
2. Assist in reconciling select general ledger accounts monthly
3. Corporate credit card account maintenance, and coding/posting credit card expenses monthly
4. Reconcile salesperson commissions biweekly and monthly, and track sales data
5. Daily financial reporting
6. State and local tax filings (monthly, quarterly, annually), utilizing Avalara sales tax solutions
7. Other duties, as they arise

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
