JOB DESCRIPTION

All Phase Restoration is an award-winning company with an AMAZING culture. We are looking for a dynamic individual to be the General Manager of our Colorado Springs location. In addition to competitive compensation (commensurate with experience) and Best-in-Class benefits. There is the potential for direct ownership in the Colorado Springs branch for the right candidate and performance over time. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and self-managed, with an active desire for continuing education.

COMPENSATION RANGE & BENEFITS

  • $110,000 to $150,000; commensurate with experience and track record.

JOB SUMMARY

The General Manager is responsible for the oversight all branch functions including but not limited to Production Operations, Business Development and Sales Marketing, Management and HR, Safety, Employee Development, and fostering and promoting the All Phase culture in everything they do.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Operations

  • Estimate and manage residential and commercial losses as needed
  • Implement and maintain staff safety training, including but not limited to OSHA, IICRC, and SDS sheets
  • Oversee and/or implement processes to meet or exceed customer satisfaction expectations
  • Acquire and maintain company assets
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction are achieved per goal
  • Oversee and/or implement proper project management practices
  • Manage weekly production and WIP reports
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable per company goals
  • Communicate branch performance to corporate officers in a timely manner

Business Development and Sales Marketing

  • Continuously improve All Phase’s market strategy by fostering new trade partner relationships and referral sources
  • Maintain and enrich existing relationships with trade partners and referral sources
  • Support Business Development team and communicate revenue and profitability goals
  • Meet or exceed annual sales and profitability goals

Management and Human Resources

  • Recruit top talent and build/maintain effective training programs
  • Support retention by focusing on employee personal and professional development opportunities
  • Evaluate employee performance and give feedback and guidance
  • Follow and/or implement new hire orientation and performance management procedures
  • Support time keeping and payroll management
  • Ensure all employees perform their jobs while following All Phase’s safety procedures

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Four-year degree desired, Construction Management a plus
  • Local market knowledge desired
  • Demonstrated ability managing employees
  • Experience creating budgets and interpreting financial statements
  • Proficiency in Xactimate desired
  • A minimum 5 years estimating and/or project management experience
  • Knowledge of the restoration and construction industries
  • IICRC certification a plus
  • OSHA training a plus
  • General construction experience a plus

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Ability to pass a criminal background test and drug screen. Must provide proof of valid driver’s license and clean/insurable driving record.
