Job Description
Position Title: Medical Assistant -BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
Worksite Location: RIVERVIEW, FL
Position Schedule: 7am - 7pm (8 hours - must be flexible to work between these hours)
Job Description:
•Deliver patient care to a variety of patients
•Triage and discharge of patients.
•Receive instructions regarding patient care tasks from providers and nurses in order to optimize efficiency in patient care
•EKG/Cardiac monitoring with recognition of basic arrhythmias
•Turn over rooms per protocol (based on patient diagnosis)
•Complete daily checklist as it pertains to patient care
•Complete inventory as assigned
•Assist team in clinical area with non-lab related tasks
ECW would be great
Requirements
- Medical Assistant
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant
- Experience with EMR
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Must have own Stethoscope and Oximeter
