All Lines Technology is Hiring a Desktop Support Analyst Near Cranberry Township, PA

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Desktop Support Analyst to provide desktop, laptop and printer repair service within a large corporate environment. Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience with hardware repairs. A proven track record of high quality customer service and problem resolution is required. Experience:

Two years’ experience with Help Desk experience or IT related background.

Bachelor’s degree required

Knowledge of MS Windows OS, Dell Hardware Service and HP Printer Repair are needed.

Dell and HP hardware repair services.

High proficiency with MS Windows OS

Outstanding Customer Service Good communications and ability to work within a team environment
