· Change Policy to improve child welfare systems for children around the world.

SUMMARY: 

The Information Technology Manager will work collaboratively with the IT Department to install, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, mobile devices, and related peripherals. They will install and provide primary support for all end-user software. Provides first-line IT support service to all AGCI locations / remote offices. This role will be required to configure, administer, maintain, and sustain the Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Teams. The Candidate must have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Administrator roles, duties, and daily performance operations. They will serve as a subject matter expert over the entire Microsoft 365 environment.

This position requires the successful completion of an extensive criminal background check. This is a hybrid position, working remotely and occasionally reporting to Vancouver, WA office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Must be able to provide complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities.
  • Testing, implementation, and deployment of Exchange Online.
  • Implement and support security policies, such as data retention.
  • Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping abreast of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system.
  • Experience with supporting anti-spam filtering, logging, and email tracking and transport rules.
  • Primary On-site support for Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Support Single Sign-On with Multi Factor Authentication.
  • Optimization of existing applications and software that supports the following departments: International, Adoption, Advancement, Marketing and Business Services.
  • Deploy, maintain and support desktop hardware and software, telephones, mobile devices, printers, copiers, and other electronic equipment;
  • Provides IT support to all end user computing problems, including training and orienting the customer on the use of computer hardware and software
  • Provides remote IT support to travelling staff, field users and branch offices.
  • Documents all contacts, actions, and responses in the IT Helpdesk system (Track-IT);
  • Assists in coordinating with outside IT vendors and resources
  • Maintains accurate inventory records for desktop hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Performs system monitoring, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinates with IT vendors to ensure all recommended systems improvements are implemented
  • Develops and Implements quality assurance system to ensure ongoing efficiency, effectiveness and security of technology used.
  • Make recommendations to VP of Business Services about hardware and software needs
  • Other duties, as assigned. 

Requirements

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

This role will supervise two part-time IT/application consultants and one full-time data analyst. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or a related area from a four-year college or university plus five or more years related experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Job requires advanced computer skills including Microsoft 365, contact management software desktop and mobile support, Windows and Mac; excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills; excellent communication to provide IT customer support; and in depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 

Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to supply appropriate documentation/identification to travel authorities when traveling domestically and internationally. Certification in MS Office 365 would be highly desirable.
