The Opportunity:
This is your chance to make a mark in digital health, with disruptive solutions for preventing and
managing chronic conditions such as heart disease and hypertension. As the Sr Marketing
Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for downstream marketing and sales enablement
activities. You will support AliveCor’s portfolio of B2B businesses, including our cardiovascular
management program for people with atrial fibrillation or hypertension; our BioPharma clinical research
partnerships; and our remote patient management programs.
We’re looking for someone with rock solid project management skills, who enjoys distilling complex
information into easy-to-understand copy, and is capable of managing multiple projects at one time. The
ideal candidate will quickly understand the unmet needs we are solving for across a wide breadth of
stakeholders in the healthcare landscape. Be part of an entrepreneurial team that is disrupting digital
health.
Best of all, this position can either be based in our Mountain View HQ or can be based remotely. We want
the best candidate and will not let geography get in our way.
Responsibilities:
● Sales and marketing collateral: Contribute and work with agencies on the creation and
refinement of marketing collateral, including brochures, sales sheets, sales decks, and other
materials to enable sales team success
● Social media and digital marketing: Contribute to digital marketing content development,
including website, SEO, SEM, email, social, and online advertising
● Conference Management: Coordinates trade show attendance and exhibits, including
associated events, promotions, and other logistics
● Content development: Creates marketing communications (e.g. newsletters, emails, mailers)
and coordinates engagement activities (e.g. webinars, contests) to support B2B2C activities
● Website content support: Manages content for enterprise product pages
● Marketing operations: Manages library of sales collateral, slide decks, and digital assets;
Coordinates approvals of marketing materials
● Educational materials: Creates customer and patient training materials
● Tracks metrics for marketing activities to optimize targeting and tactics
● Maintain a knowledge of the cardiovascular, digital health tech, and other relevant markets and
industry trends
● Other event management as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
● 3 years of relevant experience in product marketing, marketing communications, project
management, social media, event coordination, or similar
● Experience working in the medical technology industry strongly preferred
● Exceptional written communication skills; ability to write concise and compelling copy
● Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
● Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing
● Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage diverse stakeholders
● Proven track record of collaboration and working cross-functionally
● Trade show experience strongly preferred
● Knowledge of market trends in healthcare (cardiovascular, digital health, medical device, clinical
research, payer segments, etc.) preferred
● Start-up, entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn and contribute where needed
● Passionate about transforming healthcare through innovation
● Ability to travel 5-10%
