Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate hydraulic presses that include clickers and small molding machines, in accordance with safety guidelines, while maintaining acceptable quality levels.
• Complete work in accordance with specifications, work instructions, and/or samples to ensure product meets requirements.
• Responsible for the storage and condition of dies and tooling.
• Active participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Complete special orders, when required, assigned by the Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance of equipment when required.
• Notify the Manufacturing Supervisor of any manufacturing or quality issues and work to resolution.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks to provide flexibility to production (glue foams, stuff foam products, perform packaging, sanding, molding assembly, etc.)
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Maintain good housekeeping of inventory and production area.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience operating hydraulic presses.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to >10 lbs.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.
