Are you a college graduate looking for an entry level career at a growing company? Our corporate office in downtown Chicago (currently temporarily remote) is looking to hire highly motivated, self-driven, personable, and team-oriented Care Coordinators. Our ideal candidates are outgoing, professional, have great organizational and administrative skills, and excel when multi-tasking. Though all candidates will be considered, we are particularly interested in hiring for evening and weekend shifts.
The Care Coordinator's primary responsibility is to interface with patients on the phone, email, and live chat to get them scheduled at one of our 18 Chicagoland clinics. This role will also work internally with clinic teams and providers to ensure they have all the relevant information and guidance they need to provide a 5-star patient experience.
