Description
The Service Coordinator is responsible for creating the most efficient and effective means of resolving service issues for our clients through the parts order process and / or scheduling of technicians for diagnosis and repairs.

- Alfred Williams & Company Business System
- Alfred Williams & Company Service Tracking Module
Responsibilities:
- Field In-bound service and warranty requests via phone and email for our corporate customers
- Coordinate with customers to identify proper scope of service needs
- Coordinate with manufacturers to fulfill service requests for parts and procedures
- Schedule service technicians to diagnose / complete service requests
- Quote service repairs
- Enter orders for service products and parts
- Closely communicate with customers regarding the status of active requests
- Close out and invoice all service orders through Khameleon business system
- Work with internal team to develop on-going service contracts with existing customers
- Work closely with warehouse to maintain service parts on hand inventory
- Various additional admin responsibilities as defined by warehouse manager
