POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Generalist is responsible for the processing and handling of various HR funcons directly related to Powerback employee support, throughout the employee lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Supports and responds to employees' inquiries in regards to various HR-related topics, such as
benefits, leaves of absence, workers comp, policies and procedures, benefit me accruals, etc. via
the HR Soluon Center phone system or Mojo ckeng system.
2. Tracks, monitors and manages all aspects of employee leaves of absence.
3. Coordinates worker's compensaon claims.
4. Processes internal transfers, status changes, and promoons. Ensures that the appropriate
documentaon is completed and all state-specific and/or job-specific requirements are met.
5. Assists with responding to requests for employee personnel file documents.
6. Reviews and adjudicates background checks in partnership with the HR Manager.
7. Assists in communicaons to field staff and corporate staff, such as benefits open enrollment.
8. Prepares and processes Peer Donaon Requests.
9. Responsible for all other assigned projects or tasks per supervisor.
