Aledade is Hiring a Remote Principal Product Manager, (Quality) - Remote

To succeed in value-based care, quality must be the companion to savings. As Aledade reduces the total cost of care, we have an obligation to ensure that patient outcomes meet or surpass the quality goals we’ve set for ourselves. It takes a tremendous amount of work to raise providers’ awareness of clinical care gaps, change behaviors, collect and analyze data, and ultimately demonstrate that quality has been achieved when savings are obtained. Because of that complexity, “quality” means many things at Aledade: It’s acquiring and processing data, deeply understanding payer quality programs, and tracking provider performance against quality thresholds; It’s creating workflows to help providers see and close care gaps for their patients, And it’s managing all of the administrative work required to ensure practices get credit when they meet quality targets. At Aledade it also means leveraging our field-assisted software platform to deploy a hypertension program at scale, one that specifically aims to control severe blood pressure in the black patient population, a key aim of Aledade’s Health Equity program, and something that is incredibly important to improving morbidity and mortality for all patients. It also means using data to identify patients who could benefit from Care Management and giving clinicians workflow tools to manage patients in a high-touch program that requires frequent collaboration with their patients and other community resources.Your role as a Principal Product Manager, Quality will be to create a strategy that honors all of the ways high-quality care may be delivered and to synthesize that into a clear vision and roadmap for the Quality product at Aleadade. You’ll set yearly objectives and leverage execution teams (Agile scrum teams) to deliver workflows and capabilities to enable success in all quality initiatives, partnering closely with an incredible group of internal clinical stakeholders. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our offices in Durham, NC; New York, NY; Austin, TX; or Bethesda, MD.All prospective hires will be required to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated, including booster shots, against COVID-19 with a COVID-19 vaccine for which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued a license or an Emergency Use Authorization prior to mutually-agreed upon start date at Aledade, unless they qualify for a medical or religious accommodation to this vaccination requirement.
