We are a dynamic in-house marketing team searching for someone to spearhead strategic planning and initiative execution in support of the Aldrich Group of Companies. This
individual will work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts across the firm’s various industry verticals (“niches”) in order to ensure effective marketing resource alignment with the firm’s annual business plans/goals, help execute (in conjunction with the broader Aldrich Marketing team’s support) related campaigns/initiatives, track progress and drive reporting, and serve as an “account manager”- style communications conduit between firm leaders and the Marketing team. The role is additionally responsible for the creation and maintenance of brand assets such as client and prospect presentations, marketing collateral, and other marketing materials (marketing for webinars, proposals, participant education presentations, etc.), as well as projects involving content development and event coordination.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a natural relationship-builder and strategic planner, be savvy to general marketing best practices, have a genuine desire for ongoing education, and remain abreast of emerging best practices. We’re seeking motivated professionals with at least five years of marketing experience in a corporate marketing department or agency environment. Candidates must be comfortable managing a variety of projects at one time, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be confident using leading digital marketing and analytics tools, have a mastery of Microsoft Office and its many integrated tools, boast strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, and value creative collaboration within a small, close-knit team of fellow marketers.
