We are looking for a highly organized and client focused individual to join our Client Services team. You will provide support to Advisors and fellow Team Members, working directly with clients as necessary. Candidates that fit our firm and culture enjoy working as part of a team and are dedicated to superior client service. This individual will have a talent for request triage, appropriate escalation decision-making, strong business ethics and the ability to positively interact with the diverse personalities of our firm employees and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Open new accounts and make changes to existing accounts for high net worth individuals
  • Process & track standard client requests such as checks, wires, asset transfers, address changes, ACH set-up and more
  • Interact with clients by phone, email, website and in-person
  • Manage and maintain electronic client files and records
  • Coordinate client mailings and email "blasts" as needed
  • Data queries in CRM, portfolio management and document management software
  • Assist in maintaining industry regulatory requirements from both the SEC & DOL
  • Review and reconciliation of outstanding issues in portfolio management software
  • Act as back-up to other members of the Client Services Team

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in a similar role in a financial services firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM, Charles Schwab and/or TD Ameritrade platforms a plus
  • Experience with Salentica Engage and Tamarac products a bonus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
